What is ICSS Diploma?
The International Chiropractic Sport Sciences Diploma has been developed by F.I.C.S. in collaboration with the Sports Science Institute of the University of Paris (Switzerland). This diploma will be in the future the only one to get accreditation from F.I.C.S. for International Sports Events and Olympic Games.
CCSP and ICSS Diploma
Chiropractors with the CCSP certification from the ACA Sports Council will be able to get an equivalency towards ICSS Diploma depending on the evaluation of the F.I.C.S. Education Commission.
Program
The ICSS Diploma is divided into 5 parts:
- International Sports Injuries Video Series (NWCC and F.I.C.S.)
- Seminar Part I (Lower Extremities, Pelvis and Low Back): 30 hours hands-on
- Seminar Part II (Upper Extremities, Thoracic and Neck): 30 hours hands-on
- Paper presentation
- Oral and written examination
MODULE 2 program
- Saturday through Saturday (Examination ICSSD)
- Morning session: Possibility to practice specific sports with evaluation procedures.
- Afternoon session:
1) Block 1: 14:00 – 16:00
2) Block 2: 16:00 – 18:00
3) Block 3: 18:00 – 20:00
